"A Blueprint for Planning and Implementing a Transgender Health Program" was recently published in the journal, Annals of Family Medicine. Authored by Director of Training and Education Programs, Dr. Alex S. Keuroghlian, Dr. Anna M. Morenz, Cei A. Lambert, and Dr. Ruben Hopwood, this article presents a blueprint for planning and implementing a transgender health program within a primary care practice in order to enhance the capacity of the health care system to meet the physical and mental health needs of this underserved population.
