LGBT Health Disparities & Hypertension Control Opportunities with the American Heart Association This webinar will educate providers about LGBT health disparities and introduce providers to the American Heart Association's hypertension control efforts and Target Blood Pressure program. Target BP is a national collaboration between the American Heart Association and the American Medical Association to reduce the number of Americans who have heart attacks and strokes by urging medical practices, health service organizations and patients to prioritize blood pressure control.
