Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) youth must navigate the typical challenges of adolescence while also managing the social stigma associated with their emerging sexual and gender minority identities. As a result, many LGBTQ youth are at higher risk for many health issues, and experience barriers to accessing health care. Pregunte y dígalo: Hable con su proveedor de atención médica sobre ser LGBTQ was adapted for a youth Latino/a audience in order to empower them to “come out” to their health care provider.
